Monitoring Compass Medical Closure

With the recent unexpected closure of all Compass Medical practice locations, we want to make sure UniCare members have access to ongoing care and services. If you are a UniCare member impacted by the closure, remember that your plan covers all doctors, facilities, and other healthcare providers. You’re free to see the doctors you want, without being required to designate a primary care provider (PCP).

Depending on your UniCare plan, you may get higher benefits (at lower out-of-pocket costs) when you use contracted providers. But all providers are covered.

UniCare members can also use the Sydney Health app to visit with a doctor virtually for a variety of healthcare needs. Connect with a board-certified doctor through video visits or have a virtual chat visit.
